Say Cheese is the story of a little mouse who bites off more than he can chew. Literally...

But when he finally arives at his little mouse hole, he no longer fits in it. And the cat is drawing ever closer...
His greed drives him to eat so much cheese that he can hardly move, and as he hears a cat's
meow in the distance, his fears take over. Driven by sheer terror he manages to laborously heave himself across
the expansive house towards saftey.

All of these are mirrored in the protagonist - a greasy little rodent with an over active imagination.
A character that we are torn between sympathizing with and despising, unsure whether the reflection
is charming or disgusting.
In a humorous vein the story touches on our darker sides - greed, gluttony, fear, cowardice.
Or even own it on DVD along with a bunch of other fun films from
The Shorts Drawer 2004
The conclusion is a bittersweet happy-end mixed with relief and embarrassment as he
discovers that his fears and appetites were his only real enemies.
